Biberzade started a new process by switching from traditional manufacturing methods to production in modern facilities without losing the secret of thousands of years of raw meatball flavor. Innovative steps were taken one after another. In 2007, a significant increase in production capacity was achieved with the establishment of a new production facility. Now, Biberzade flavor has become one of Turkey’s favorite flavors as ÖzTadım Çiğ Köfte, the name used that day.
